Job Description

Job Summary

Provide administrative and coordination support to the Leasing team, with exposure to tenancy management, documentation, and mall leasing operations. This role offers hands-on experience in retail leasing processes, tenant coordination, and market research within a dynamic mall environment.

Job Description

  • Assist the Leasing team in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
  • Support in preparation and processing of leasing documents, tenancy agreements, and reports
  • Maintain, organize, and update tenant records, databases, and filing systems (both physical and digital)
  • Assist in tracking lease timelines, renewals, and documentation status
  • Coordinate with tenants on basic leasing matters, including document follow-ups and information requests
  • Support in conducting market research and competitor analysis on retail trends and tenant mix
  • Assist in organizing leasing-related events, site visits, and promotional activities
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal processes and guidelines
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Leasing team

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Marketing, or related field
  • ldStrong attention to detail with good organizational and filing skills
  • lsGood communication and interpersonal skills
  • lsProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment)
  • Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced setting
