Job Summary
Provide administrative and coordination support to the Leasing team, with exposure to tenancy management, documentation, and mall leasing operations. This role offers hands-on experience in retail leasing processes, tenant coordination, and market research within a dynamic mall environment.
Job Description
- Assist the Leasing team in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- Support in preparation and processing of leasing documents, tenancy agreements, and reports
- Maintain, organize, and update tenant records, databases, and filing systems (both physical and digital)
- Assist in tracking lease timelines, renewals, and documentation status
- Coordinate with tenants on basic leasing matters, including document follow-ups and information requests
- Support in conducting market research and competitor analysis on retail trends and tenant mix
- Assist in organizing leasing-related events, site visits, and promotional activities
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal processes and guidelines
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Leasing team
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Marketing, or related field
- ldStrong attention to detail with good organizational and filing skills
- lsGood communication and interpersonal skills
- lsProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment)
