Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manufacturing Intern to join our dynamic

Operations team. The intern will support daily manufacturing activities, continuous improvement initiatives, and production process optimization under the guidance of experienced professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in monitoring and analyzing production processes to identify inefficiencies or areas for

improvement.

Support the implementation of lean manufacturing practices and 5S activities.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams on process documentation and work

instructions.

Collect and interpret production data for reporting and performance tracking.

Assist in troubleshooting minor manufacturing issues under supervision.

Participate in safety audits, quality checks, and compliance initiatives.

Contribute to cross-functional projects focused on productivity and cost savings.

Gain exposure to the manufacturing processes of cables and antenna systems used in various

connectivity applications.

Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or mentors.

REQUIREMENTS

Currently pursuing a diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial

Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and tools.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn and take the initiative.
