  • This internship is for the April, May, and June intake period.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately logs issue and updates ticket history to document troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
  • Evaluates and escalates issues as needed to a higher level or other resource.
  • Monitor and maintain Group Application support systems to avoid or minimize operational disruptions.
  • Hands on and Troubleshoot system faults and solve application problems.
  • Maintain customer and end user communications with a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Research new technologies and tools that could benefit you and the team.
  • Provide creative solutions to unique challenges.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office is required.
  • Knowledge of computer Software, Web development or Investment related area.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in all tasks.
  • Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Experience with Windows OS.
