Job Description:
To support and attend to the case after call, email or instruction received.
Working closely with either internal technical or external clients/user for tackling of support task reported to get the problem solved.
Manage administrative tasks.
Assist in data compilation, and analysis as and when required.
Complete any ad-hoc task as and when required.
Job Requirement:
Candidates must possess Computing in Network Engineering
Willing to travel within Klang Valley and outstation when required.
Analytical and communication skills.
