Internship Scope

The intern will have the exposure in the following areas:

• To assist the ongoing project in deposits to enable automation of the product into HL Connect - this includes going through the Bank's product code and studying on how the HOST system works to build a workable logic.

• To assist in product code maintenance in the system and ensuring all are updated per the approved rates & effective date - includes studying on the viability of the product codes.

• To assist in debit card-i enhancements.

• Candidate will be exposed to retail deposits products and liaising in counterpart to ensure all projects/enhancement are Shariah compliant.

• Perform additional projects/tasks upon request.

Eligibility

• A Malaysian nationality

• An undergraduate from a local or overseas university currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline

• Good academic record

• Fluent in oral as well as written English and/or Bahasa Malaysia

• Good interpersonal skills

• Passionate and have a keen interest in Islamic banking and its related businesses

Remuneration

• A basic monthly allowanceis provided.
