Yayasan Hasanah is looking for curious, motivated and organised students to join our internship programme. If you enjoy solving problems, working with others and learning through hands-on experience, we would love to hear from you.

What will you gain

You will learn alongside experienced professionals and contribute to assignments within your assigned impact area, department or unit. From supporting grant processes to preparing project updates and coordinating workshops, you will gain exposure to how teams turn plans into action.

What will you work on

Depending on your placement, you may:

• Support administrative tasks, grant management and day-to-day operations.
• Update dashboards with project information and progress updates.
• Compile documents and coordinate information for internal processes.
• Assist with organising workshops, meetings and learning sessions.
• Prepare meeting summaries, reports, presentation decks and event materials.
• Contribute to projects and other assignments within your team.

Who are we looking for

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, with a minimum current CGPA of 3.00.
• Available to work on-site at our office in Shah Alam, Selangor throughout the internship.
• Strong spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical, organised and attentive to detail.
• Eager to learn, willing to take initiative and comfortable working with others.
