YOUR TASKS

• To support the Manager in preparing reports, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting with daily business routines under supervision.
• Assist in preparing and updating daily, weekly, or monthly performance reports.
• Update data in Excel as guided.
• Check and ensure accuracy of figures before submission.
• Prepare charts, graphs, and simple presentations for internal use.
• Support meeting preparation (e.g., slides, summaries, or simple charts).
• Perform administrative or coordination tasks as assigned.

• Support ad-hoc requests as assigned by the manager.

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree student in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• Good Excel knowledge (pivot tables, formulas, charts) familiarity with Power BI or Power Query is a plus.
• Strong PowerPoint skills able to visualise data and design clear slides is an advantage
• Analytical mindset with interest in process improvement and data visualization.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn new tools or techniques.

• Able to commit to a 6-month internship period.
