Your Mission:
- Assisting in forecasting monthly purchase quantities based on demand from TG Group.
- Supporting in tracking raw material price trends to help identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinating with external parties on import shipment processes, including assisting in liaising with forwarding agents and transporters.
- Assisting in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including purchase requests, order processing, and vendor documentation.
- Supporting the logistics team in monitoring container movements to ensure timely delivery to the factory and minimize additional costs.
- Preparing simple purchase analysis reports and consolidating purchase history for internal use and supplier discussions.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in procurement and supply chain operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; exposure to data analysis is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
