Job Description

  • To assist in leading, managing, and executing strategies to drive productivity and business growth across distribution channels for the General Insurance/Takaful portfolio.
  • To assist in managing the efficient delivery of sales tools, marketing collaterals, and structured pitch materials, ensuring the frontline (branches / branch staff, dealers) are equipped to enhance customer engagement and productivity across all distribution channels.
  • To assist in overseeing the timely, accurate, and consistent dissemination of communications related to sales rewards, incentives, and strategic initiatives across distribution channels, ensuring alignment and clarity.
  • To assist in organizing and executing strategic engagement platforms such as workshops, e-clinics, conventions, offsite meetings, and targeted initiatives to align stakeholders and support business objectives and growth.
  • To assist in driving the accurate and timely fulfilment of sales incentives across distribution channels, ensuring transparency, compliance, and alignment with performance-driven objectives.
  • To assist in supporting initiatives aimed at sustaining and enhancing overall customer experience across General Insurance/General Takaful, promoting service excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • To assist in providing strategic and ongoing support to the distribution channel (Bancassurance and Regional Distribution) through targeted business tools, performance insights, and initiatives focused on growth—especially within the motor franchise and new car segments.

Job Requirement

  • Good understanding or interest in business development, digital marketing & communication particularly in insurance, takaful or financial services industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with ability to prepare presentations and assist in data handling.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling business information.
