Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Reporting & Performance Insights
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards for sales, training, and operations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and provide clear insights to support management decision‑making.
  • Data Management & Analysis
  • Collect and clean data from CRM/SFA systems, Excel trackers, and survey forms.
  • Identify errors or gaps, and perform trend and variance analysis to highlight performance issues and opportunities.
  • Planning, Forecasting & Business Reviews
  • Assist in preparing forecasts, budgets, and business assumptions (seasonality, campaigns, training schedules).
  • Support monthly/quarterly business reviews by preparing decks, charts, summaries, and follow‑up action trackers.
  • Project & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities for cross‑functional projects (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Training).
  • Manage meeting notes, information requests, and ensure clear communication of decisions and next steps.
  • Process Improvement & Documentation
  • Draft/update SOPs, workflows, and checklists to standardize recurring processes.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements such as template updates or simple automation enhancements.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent.
  • Preferably internship students specializing in Management or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skills in English and Malay, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
  • 1 voluntary Internship position available.
