Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Reporting & Performance Insights
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards for sales, training, and operations.
- Ensure data accuracy and provide clear insights to support management decisionmaking.
- Data Management & Analysis
- Collect and clean data from CRM/SFA systems, Excel trackers, and survey forms.
- Identify errors or gaps, and perform trend and variance analysis to highlight performance issues and opportunities.
- Planning, Forecasting & Business Reviews
- Assist in preparing forecasts, budgets, and business assumptions (seasonality, campaigns, training schedules).
- Support monthly/quarterly business reviews by preparing decks, charts, summaries, and followup action trackers.
- Project & Stakeholder Coordination
- Track timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities for crossfunctional projects (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Training).
- Manage meeting notes, information requests, and ensure clear communication of decisions and next steps.
- Process Improvement & Documentation
- Draft/update SOPs, workflows, and checklists to standardize recurring processes.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements such as template updates or simple automation enhancements.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent.
- Preferably internship students specializing in Management or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Malay, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with attention to detail.
