We're committed to efficient, humble leadership and taking ownership in our roles, always aiming to positively impact our employees, customers, and community.

We're looking for a curious and detail-oriented Total Rewards Intern to join our People & Culture team. You'll get hands-on exposure to how we manage compensation, benefits, and HR data that directly impact our people's decisions.

This role is perfect if you enjoy working with data, love Excel / Google Sheets, and want to understand how People & Culture really works behind the scenes in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist in gathering, consolidating, and organizing Total Rewards data such as benefits and market benchmarking information
  • Support market benchmarking by gathering and organizing relevant data
  • Support the rollout and execution of employee benefit programmes (e.g., insurance, wellness, and other benefits initiatives)
  • Support Total Rewards processes such as the annual appraisal cycle, policy and retention review
  • Maintain trackers and help prepare reports using Excel (allowances, incentives, etc.)
  • Assist in drafting simple compensation letters and employee communications
  • Help respond to basic employee questions related to compensation and benefits
  • Work closely with the team to gather data and support ongoing People & Culture projects
  • Ensure all employee data is handled with care, accuracy, and confidentiality

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Comfortable working with data and numbers
  • Basic Excel  / Google Sheets skills (formulas, data entry; pivot tables is a bonus)
  • Detail-oriented and organised
  • Eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions
  • Good communication skills
  • Handles confidential information responsibly

Nice to Have

  • Interest in HR, especially Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards
  • Some exposure to Excel or data projects
  • A proactive mindset—you don't wait to be told what to do

What You'll Get

  • Real, hands-on exposure to Total Rewards in a fast-moving company
  • Experience working with actual HR data and decision-making processes
  • Strong foundation in Excel and data handling skills
  • Insight into how compensation and benefits strategies are built
