Job Description

At Meraque Group, we are one of the fastest-growing robotics solutions companies, specialising in drone technologies, autonomous ground vehicles (AGV), and smart automation systems. As we expand our manufacturing and R&D capabilities, we are looking for a dynamic Inventory Executive to join our operations team at our factory facility.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Inventory Executive will be responsible for managing all inventory-related activities across our manufacturing, R&D, and logistics functions. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that materials and components are accurately tracked, recorded, and stored, supporting the smooth production and delivery of our drone and AGV solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inventory Control & Stock Management

  • Monitor daily inventory levels of raw materials, components, tools, and finished goods
  • Maintain accurate stock records in the inventory management system (digital and physical)
  • Conduct routine stock checks, audits, and cycle counts
  • Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual stock take activities

Warehouse & Storage Operations

  • Organise and optimise warehouse layout for space efficiency and accessibility
  • Ensure proper labelling, shelving, and safety compliance for all stored items
  • Manage incoming and outgoing stock, including packaging and documentation

Procurement & Stock Replenishment

  • Work closely with procurement and production teams to forecast stock requirements
  • Initiate purchase requisitions and follow up on delivery timelines
  • Track supplier performance and ensure timely stock replenishment

Production & R&D Support

  • Ensure production teams have timely access to required materials
  • Support R&D teams with prototype parts and ad hoc stock needs
  • Track usage of high-value components and special-order items

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare weekly inventory reports for management and internal stakeholders
  • Analyse inventory trends to reduce wastage and improve accuracy
  • Assist in implementing or improving inventory control systems.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related fields
  • Minimum 23 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock control (preferably in a manufacturing or tech environment)
  • Experience with drones, robotics, electronics, or automotive parts is a plus
  • Familiar with inventory software systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Physically able to work in a warehouse environment
  • Able to work independently and coordinate across departments
