Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly inventory forecasting and monitor stock levels to maintain optimal inventory and operational continuity.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and cross-border partners, including the China team, to ensure timely execution of inventory and operational processes.
- Manage and coordinate operational resources, including office supplies, equipment, and inventory-related items, to support smooth daily operations.
- Provide administrative and reporting support, including email handling and ad-hoc tasks, to enhance team productivity and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, adaptable team player with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese, English, or Malay to facilitate cross-border communication.
