Investment & Asset Management Analyst (Real Estate)

About the client

Our client is a rapidly growingspecializing in real estate advisory, investment, and asset management services, including wholesale property funds, property syndicates, and real estate advisory offerings. Its investment focus spans commercial office, logistics, purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA), and retail assets across.

Job responsibility

• Analyse and underwrite acquisition and development opportunities, including cash flow modelling and investment analysis.
• Support transaction due diligence and deal execution, including review of financials, third-party reports, contracts, and related documentation.
• Conduct market research to support investment theses and decision-making.
• Assist in preparing Investment Committee papers and investment recommendations.
• Support asset and fund management activities, including performance tracking, budgeting, capital calls, and reporting.
• Assist Management with investment strategy development, presentations, and ad-hoc assignments.

Job requirement

• Proven working experience in Investment and Asset Management – strong quantitative and qualitative analytical
• minimum of 2-3 years experience in Investment and Asset Management
• BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or related fields. Accreditation by LPPEH would be an advantage
