Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to Risk, Regulatory, and Trade Finance systems
  • Work closely with stakeholders (compliance, risk, operations, and IT teams) to define and deliver solutions
  • Translate business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
  • Support implementation of regulatory requirements (e.g., AML, KYC, Basel norms, FATCA, etc.)
  • Analyze and improve trade finance processes such as Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Bills, and Payments
  • Ensure alignment with risk frameworks, compliance policies, and audit requirements
  • Conduct UAT testing, validation, and defect management
  • Collaborate with development teams for solution design and delivery
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking/Financial Services
  • Strong domain knowledge in Risk & Regulatory reporting and compliance
  • Hands-on experience in Trade Finance products (LC, BG, Trade Loans, Documentary Collections)
  • Expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
  • Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, BPMN, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools is an added advantage
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
