Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to Risk, Regulatory, and Trade Finance systems
Work closely with stakeholders (compliance, risk, operations, and IT teams) to define and deliver solutions
Translate business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
Support implementation of regulatory requirements (e.g., AML, KYC, Basel norms, FATCA, etc.)
Analyze and improve trade finance processes such as Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Bills, and Payments
Ensure alignment with risk frameworks, compliance policies, and audit requirements
Conduct UAT testing, validation, and defect management
Collaborate with development teams for solution design and delivery
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking/Financial Services
Strong domain knowledge in Risk & Regulatory reporting and compliance
Hands-on experience in Trade Finance products (LC, BG, Trade Loans, Documentary Collections)
Expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, BPMN, etc.)
Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools is an added advantage
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
