My client is a leading and growing Investment Management firm, and we are looking to recruit a Compliance professional to be responsible for investment compliance rule coding support, including compliance rules review, translation, testing and roll out.

Responsibilities for this Investment Compliance - Asset Management

• Interpret regulatory requirements, investment restrictions and client mandates across multiple jurisdictions.
• Translate investment guidelines into systematic monitoring controls and automated compliance solutions.
• Review, design, test and implement investment compliance rules within portfolio management and compliance monitoring platforms.
• Ensure controls accurately reflect regulatory obligations, client requirements and internal policies.
• Conduct validation testing and oversee implementation of new compliance monitoring frameworks.

Requirements for this Investment Compliance - Asset Management

• 5+ years of experience within asset management, wealth management, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, insurance investments or institutional investment environments.
• Strong understanding of investment restrictions, regulatory requirements and client mandate monitoring.
• Experience interpreting and implementing investment guidelines within compliance monitoring frameworks.
• Exposure to investment compliance systems such as Aladdin, Charles River, ThinkFolio, SimCorp, Sentinel or equivalent platforms would be advantageous.
