Job Description

Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with the Company's business objectives.
Identify and evaluate potential investment, acquisition and strategic business opportunities.
Lead investment due diligence, feasibility studies, financial modelling, valuation and risk assessment.
Prepare investment proposals, business cases and recommendations for senior management.
Lead negotiations and coordinate with internal teams, government agencies, financial institutions and external advisers.
Monitor investment projects and provide regular updates on project progress, financial performance and key risks.
Conduct market and industry research to identify new investment and business opportunities.
Support strategic projects, business expansion, M&A and other corporate development initiatives.
Manage and develop relationships with key business partners and stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, Investment, Accounting, Law or related disciplines.
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in investment, corporate finance, project development, banking, M&A or business development.
Strong experience in investment analysis, financial modelling, valuation and due diligence.
Strong commercial acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in logistics, infrastructure, industrial, property or technology sectors will be an advantage.
