Investment Director (Data Centre)

We are currently working with a global real estate investment firm that is looking to hire an Investment Director to lead data centre investment initiatives across the region.

This role is pivotal in driving strategic growth, managing end-to-end investment processes, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to execute high-impact transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the origination, evaluation, and execution of data centre investment opportunities across Asia Pacific, including Japan.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, operators, and investors.
• Conduct financial modelling, due diligence, and risk analysis to support investment decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Finance, and Asset Management, to ensure seamless transaction execution.
• Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to guide investment strategy.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in real estate, infrastructure, or private equity investing, with a strong focus on data centres or digital infrastructure.
• Proven track record in deal sourcing, structuring, and execution.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
