About Our Client

A private equity firm specializing in alternative investments globally, with a focus on secondary fund-of-funds (FoF) strategies, particularly LP- and GP-led transactions across buyout, growth, and VC opportunities.

Job Description

  • Originate and evaluate new private equity secondary investment opportunities.
  • Lead the end-to-end investment process, including initial screening, fund assessment, valuation analysis, due diligence, transaction documentation, and preparation of investment papers for committee review.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and pricing with counterparties, driving transactions through to successful completion.
  • Monitor portfolio investments by analyzing fund performance, reviewing periodic reports, engaging with fund managers, and maintaining ongoing stakeholder relationships.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Investment Manager Should Have

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Investment Banking (CF, M&A, ECM, DCM, Equity Research, Client Coverage etc), Big4 Advisory or buy-side (Private Markets, Public Markets, CorpDev/BizDev),
  • A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in additional Asian languages would be a good to have
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
