Investment Manager

We're looking for a passionate and talented Investment Manager to join our investment team. In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing, analyzing, executing and managing various kinds of secondary investment opportunities. You will also get the chance to travel around the world for due diligence, deal sourcing, and post investment monitoring.

• Source new investment opportunities
• Manage and execute the entire process from screening, fund review, valuation, due diligence, and documentation. Prepare investment memos for investment committee approval
• Negotiate with sellers for price and terms of investments and execute transactions
• Perform monitoring of existing direct and indirect portfolio investments including reviewing periodic reporting, calls / meetings and managing relationships with external fund managers
• Conduct portfolio data management and performance analysis through historical data
• Support the Company's IR function including the fundraising process

MUST TO HAVE:

Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree from a reputable university in Finance/Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mathematics or relevant discipline

Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field

Strong independent thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess situations, identify solutions, and move things forward with limited supervision

Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks and resolving issues proactively

Excellent command of spoken and written English proficiency in other Asian languages is a plus

Prior knowledge or experience in the private equity or asset management industry would be an advantage, but is not compulsory
