About the role
The role supports the full lifecycle of project-level financing and transaction execution for renewable energy assets across APAC, with a primary focus on the Philippines, Malaysia, and Indonesia. You will lead debt financing processes and broader transactions, working closely with internal teams, lenders, investors, and external advisors to achieve successful financial close and value-accretive outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of project financing processes, including debt structuring, lender engagement, and financial close
- Build, review, and analyze financial models, including sensitivity, scenario, and covenant analysis (DSCR, LLCR, etc.)
- Prepare and manage financing and transaction materials, including information memoranda, lender presentations, and data rooms
- Coordinate and manage due diligence across legal, technical, E&S, insurance, and model audit workstreams
- Support and execute broader transactions such as M&A, JV arrangements, and project divestments, including document review and negotiations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline; CFA is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years experience in project finance, transactions, or corporate finance within infrastructure, renewables, banking, or advisory
- Proven hands-on experience executing project finance or transaction processes through to completion
- Strong understanding of financial modelling, capital structuring, and transaction documentation
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with lenders, investors, and advisors
