We're looking for an Investment Associate who thrives on turning insights into impact—assessing promising opportunities and supporting the growth of our portfolio companies.
Job Description :
- Assisting the lead partner with project management tasks, including the coordination and supervision of both internal and external working groups.
- Drafting of investment memorandum and conducting thorough due diligence, particularly on high growth new economies companies.
- Identify new market trends, critically evaluate & unpack new business models, identify relevant growth levels and economics of such business model.
- Undertake various industry research, analyse financial spreadsheets, and summarise reports to support investment decisions and value creation initiatives.
- Prepare regular reporting, maintain and update pipeline management system, and ensure timely delivery in accordance with the relevant deadlines.
- Closely monitor and analyse investee companies operating performance obtained through various internal and external sources
Job Requirements :
- The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree or any other equivalent professional certificate.
- A minimum of 5 years relevant working experience is required, ideally in corporate finance, financial advisory, consulting, legal or related financial sectors.
- Candidates with experience from buy-side investment firms, financial advisory, private equity, venture capital, or any corporate finance-related fields are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in leading the preparation of prospectuses and/or similar documents.
