Role Description

We are seeking an Investor Relations professional to support capital raising and investor engagement for private investment opportunities. This role focuses on building relationships with investors, managing communications, and supporting fundraising execution.

This position is suited for someone who is commercially driven, credible with investors, and comfortable operating in a performance-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with potential investors (HNWIs, sophisticated investors, family offices, business owners, professionals)
  • Present investment opportunities and SPV structures to prospective investors (materials provided)
  • Support fundraising efforts, including investor follow-ups, onboarding coordination, and documentation tracking
  • Act as a point of contact for investor communications, updates, and queries
  • Coordinate with internal teams on deal structuring, timelines, and capital deployment
  • Maintain investor records, pipeline tracking, and fundraising progress reports
  • Support roadshows, meetings, and introductions where required

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields
  • 25 years experience in relationship management, investor relations, wealth management, private banking, or financial sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable discussing investments, structures, and returns (training provided)
  • Existing investor network is a strong advantage but not mandatory
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is a strong plus
