IoT GTM and Product Development

What are you accountable for

• Drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for IoT solutions and strategic propositions, ensuring strong alignment with business objectives and market trends

• Lead the end-to-end development of IoT solutions across multiple domains, including Industrial IoT (IIoT), Smart Cities, Connected Devices, and IoT Enablement Platforms

• Identify market opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to shape product direction and innovation

• Define, prioritize, and manage product requirements and backlogs based on customer needs, business priorities, and market demand

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, sales, marketing, and operations to deliver scalable and commercially viable IoT solutions

• Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of integrated IoT offerings covering hardware, software, connectivity, and managed services

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, value propositions, and launch plans, to drive customer adoption and revenue growth

• Build business cases, financial models, and revenue forecasts to support product investment and prioritization decisions

• Own product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement

• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market developments to inform enhancements, innovation, and future roadmap planning

• Achieve annual revenue and growth targets for assigned IoT solutions and strategic propositions

• Drive continuous product improvement and innovation to maintain competitiveness and customer relevance

What do you need to have for this role

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within IoT, telecommunications, software, or technology-driven environments

• Proven track record of delivering successful products and driving measurable business growth

• Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed organizations

• Strong understanding of IoT technologies, including devices, platforms, connectivity, data, and services

• Solid experience with Agile product development methodologies and frameworks

• Proficiency in product management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or equivalent

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable outcomes

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills

• Strong business and commercial acumen, including experience developing business cases and financial models

Preferred Certifications

• Certified Product Manager (AIPMM) or equivalent

• Project Management Professional (PMP - PMI)

• Telecommunications or technical certifications such as 5G, Cisco, or related technologies
