We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic IoT & Robotics Engineer to join our evolving IR4.0 Training Team. You will be working closely with our Operations Manager to deliver highly technical training related to Embedded-Systems, IoT and Aerial Robotics Programming to our clients (adults) from all around Malaysia. You will be in-charge of the end-to-end training process from accompanying leads to delivering training. You will be given the opportunity to conduct training improvement activities to fine-tune all training materials and training processes for the benefit of our operations and to maximize our client's satisfaction. As an IR4.0 Training Specialist, you will also have the opportunity to develop in-house R&D projects related to Internet of Things or Aerial Robotics as means for training props, social media content, and exhibition demo materials.
From time to time, you will have the opportunity to attend events related to our operations and perform demonstrations to our clients.
Requirements:
- Enjoy teaching programming and technology related topics
- Proficient in Python Programming and Embedded-System Programming
- Knowledge in OpenCV, ROS, Internet of Things is an added advantage
- Knowledge in DIY Drone or Drone Robotics is also an added advantage.
- Have a good understanding of Microcontrollers, Raspberry Pi and other Micro-Computers is an added advantage
- Able to perform embedded-systems wiring with minimal supervision
- Able to perform minor soldering activities with minimal supervision
- Must be willing to travel around Malaysia for durations of up-to 7 days to deliver training
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for designated clients
- Provide thorough communication to clients throughout training process
- Conduct training-product upselling during/after training sessions
- Report on training activities and schedules to management and stakeholders
- Inquire training feedback from participants after each training sessions for business improvements
- Handle training leads and inquiries (proposals, quotations, invoicing)
- Attend client meetings related training products presentation
- Manage training equipment and components ordering with appointed suppliers
- Recommend improvements for training materials and methods to the management
- Assist management on new training syllabus development
- Conduct internal Knowledge Transfer activities of trainings to other training team
- Provide Marketing Contents/Articles related to training courses to Social Media Manager/Digital Marketing Manager
- Assist Digital Marketing team by providing contents related to assigned training programmes
- Conduct periodic maintenance to training kits and teaching materials
- Develop gimmicks or demonstration materials related to training programmes

Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Mechatronics / Robotics or equivalent
- Preferably have at least 1+ years of experience in training related activities, preferably technology related trainings
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
