IP and Marketing Consultant

Responsibility:

• Providing Intellectual Property (IP) services in local market, client case management, miscellaneous IP related tasks
• Assisting in marketing, promotion & project coordination
• Ensuring compliance, update and maintain office policies and procedures; attending business expansion project
• Supporting and reporting to head office
• Assisting in conducting patent searches, drafting and reviewing patent application
• And other ad hoc duties

Requirement:

• The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Degree, Professional Degree, or other equivalent qualification in Biochemistry/Biomedical or other Sciences
• Experience in patent matters, particularly in case management (preferred)
• Applicants with up to 1–2 years of experience are also encouraged to apply
• Qualified Patent Agent in Malaysia or any country (preferred)
• Written and Spoken English (required)
• Written and Spoken Chinese (preferred)
• Immediate or short notice availability (preferred)
