Role Description

The IPO/Internal Control Executive will oversee internal controls and compliance activities, ensuring alignment with regulatory and organizational policies. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing IPO documentation, conducting audits, implementing risk management strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kapar.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in internal controls, audit processes, and risk management practices.
• Understanding of IPO-related regulations and preparation of documentation.
• Proficiency in compliance standards and financial reporting.
• Analytical skills with attention to detail for evaluating processes and detecting potential risks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Educational background in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Experience in the biotechnology or nutraceutical industry is advantageous.
