Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Inspection and Quality Control processes, including analyzing data and identifying quality issues.
• Effective communication skills, including fluency in Mandarin and English, to collaborate with suppliers and teams.
• Experience with technical documentation, report writing, and maintaining quality records to ensure compliance.
• Strong problem-solving abilities for quality issue resolution and process improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with industry quality standards and best practices related to lithium-ion battery manufacturing.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
