Responsibilities:

Manages employee relations by resolving workplace issues, advising on compliance with employment laws and policies, and supporting negotiations and dispute resolutions. Works closely with internal stakeholders and external parties to maintain a positive and compliant work environment. You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

  • Liaise with managers, employees, and their representatives to investigate and resolve grievances and develop strategies to prevent their recurrence to maintain a productive and harmonious workplace.
  • Advise and train managers and supervisors to ensure all employer-employee relationships in the organization comply with collective agreements, individual employment contracts, regulations, laws, and the organization's employment policies and standards.
  • Analyze and interpret bargaining trends and issues, as well as standards, regulations, and laws to understand their impact on the organization.
  • Adapt employee relations practices as appropriate.
  • Represent management in negotiations and dispute resolution with employees, unions, employer bodies, government agencies, labor relations authorities, and other agencies to protect the organization's interests.
  • Manage relationships of legal counsel, mediators, and external consultants to ensure the organization's interests are well-represented. To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
  • A degree in the related job field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
  • Willing to relocate to the job location.
