Role Description The Islamic Wealth Planner is a full-time, on-site role based in Ipoh, focused on providing Shariah-compliant financial and wealth planning services to clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing clients financial needs and goals, recommending suitable takaful and investment solutions, and preparing personalized financial plans in line with Islamic principles. The role involves conducting regular client reviews, explaining product features and benefits, and ensuring ongoing alignment with clients risk profiles and life stages. The Islamic Wealth Planner will collaborate with agency leaders and team members, participate in training sessions, and support business development activities such as client prospecting, follow-ups, and community outreach. Maintaining accurate records, adhering to regulatory and company guidelines, and upholding high ethical and professional standards are core aspects of this position.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Finance, with the ability to analyze client needs and develop comprehensive, Shariah-compliant wealth plans.
- Candidates should possess skills in Investment Management and Investments, including understanding of risk, return, and suitable Islamic financial instruments.
- Candidates should possess knowledge and practical skills in Insurance and takaful solutions, with the ability to explain coverage options clearly and responsibly.
- Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, present complex information simply, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a strong interest in Islamic finance, with the willingness to learn, attend training, and meet performance targets.
- A diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Islamic Studies, or a related field is beneficial; relevant certifications in financial planning or Islamic finance are an advantage.
