IT Application Project Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Application Project Manager to lead and manage various application projects in the Southeast Asia region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a proven track record of delivering successful IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for IT application projects in the Southeast Asia region.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and upper management.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead project meetings, ensuring alignment on objectives and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in application development.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT service management (ITSM).
