IT Assistant Manager

• Design and develop IT software solutions, focusing on DotNet and Microsoft Axapta systems.
• Enhance and maintain existing online applications, including the sales ordering and payment collection systems.
• Manage and improve the company's ERP system, e-document system, and other related applications.
• Integrate software between web platforms and backend ERP systems.
• Develop and enhance programs and systems for web applications, mobile platforms, Microsoft Axapta ERP, and other online systems.
• Provide user support for in-house applications and develop custom programs and reports.
• Propose improvements to IT systems and operational workflows.
• Handle financial reporting, including month-end closing and account reconciliation.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Preferred candidates will have experience with programming languages and platforms such as DotNet, C, Visual C#, Java, Objective-C, Lotus Notes, X++, MySQL, and Microsoft SQL.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Solid problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to system improvements.
• Experience in ERP project management or implementation, as well as knowledge of ERP systems and business Operations, will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with mobile and web application development is a plus
