IT Business Analyst

Position Title - Business Analyst (IT BA)

Location - Malaysia

Experience Required

* Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience as an IT Business Analyst.

* Strong experience handling end-to-end project delivery and stakeholder coordination.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst (IT BA) to support business transformation and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and working across both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.

The candidate will act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle end-to-end project processes from requirement gathering to project delivery.

* Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.

* Conduct stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement analysis sessions.

* Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.

* Coordinate with development, QA, and project teams throughout the SDLC.

* Ensure proper documentation, tracking, and communication of project updates and deliverables.

* Support UAT activities and assist in issue resolution and requirement clarifications.

* Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

* Work within both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies based on project requirements.
