About the Role

We are looking for 1 year contract role IT Business Analyst - Insurance in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Develop user requirement specifications and conduct business process modeling.
• Prepare test plans, perform integration testing, and support UAT.
• Troubleshoot reported issues and propose solutions.
• Support project timeline planning and vendor coordination when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Background in Insurance/Financial industry required.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Knowledge of Java or web technologies is a plus.
