IT Business Analyst

Position Objective:

• According to the business changes and needs, provide a proper system functional solution by assessing and analyzing those changes, capture and document requirements as functional specification/user stories, support the communication and delivery of these requirements with relevant parties and conduct system briefing and user training while needed.
• Produce BRD (business requirement document) for project at small scale, lead user interface (UI) design, write testing plan and conduct testing to ensure system implementation/ enhancement is meeting business needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

l Assessing, analyzing user requirements and establishing system objectives

l Designing the system functional solution and providing its delivery cost

l Prepare system documentation, e.g. functional specification, system testing plan and User manual, etc.

l Support the communication within business parties and development team

l Work with developers to support end user acceptance testing.

l Work with Project Manager to control and follow-up User requirement change,

l Work with business parties to confirm delivery schedule and follow up the system implementation.

l Coordinate with relevant IT team and third party vendors/user to design, implement and maintain information system to enable service delivery.

l Conduct system demonstration while needed.

l Conduct User training while needed

Skills & Experience

Education & Experience

·       University degree or above in IT or related disciplines

·       Minimum 3-4 years BA working experience in Agile projects.

Knowledge & Skill

·       Good command of English both in oral and written is a must

·       Conceptual  awareness  on  industry/  business  domain, relevant  IT functional products and application, etc

·       Ability to identify and define requirements via multiple scenarios to assess the real business problems, and subsequently validate with business & end users for any update

·       Able to understand, explain and effectively convey requirements and business scenarios to business, end users and technical teams

·       Effective communication skill

·       Good presentation skill/ Project management skill/ Coaching skill
