Senior Java Developer

Description

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our growing team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java development and will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java applications to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Identify and fix bugs, optimizing performance and reliability of applications.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices in coding and software design are followed.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-15 years of experience in Java development and related technologies.
• Proficiency in Java SE and Java EE frameworks.
• Experience with Spring framework and Hibernate.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
