Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with over 10 years of expertise to join our team in the banking domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, data analysis, documentation, and project management methodologies, complemented by exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation:
- Develop and manage critical documents, including:
- Business Requirement Document (BRD)
- User Stories
- Functional Specification Document (FSD)
- Business Glossary
- Data Models
- Test Strategies
- Project Plans and Process Flow Diagrams
Reporting and Analysis:
- Create comprehensive reports, such as:
- Requirement Matrix
- Gap Analysis
- Problem Analysis
- Business Case
Process and Data Modelling:
- Conduct As Is and To Be process modelling using tools like Visio and Enterprise Architect.
- Use advanced visualisation and process mapping techniques to design effective workflows.
Project Management:
- Apply Waterfall SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies to deliver projects successfully.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL.
- Utilize reporting tools like MicroStrategy or Tableau for data visualization.
API Understanding and Mapping:
- Demonstrate a good understanding of APIs and hands-on experience with API mapping.
Tools and Agile Frameworks:
- Proficient in Agile tools such as JIRA, Clarity, ADO Boards, and Confluence.
Soft Skills and Mentorship:
- Exhibit strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Mentor and coach junior Business Analysts to develop their skills.
- Display a proactive and agile mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
