Responsibility:
Provide first-line support for application-related issues, including diagnosing and resolving problems reported by users.
Identify and resolve potential issues with an application's functionality and performance before they have an impact on users.
Collaborate with users to comprehend their difficulties, then offer solutions or escalate complicated issues to higher-level support teams for handling.
Assist users with application functionality and usage, providing guidance and troubleshooting support.
Collaborate with vendors and external support teams as needed for application-related problems.
Perform routine maintenance tasks and installation and configuration of new applications and updates.
Assist in any ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
