IT Business Application Officer (Sales & Retail)

Requirement:

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Information Technology or any related fields
• Minimum of one year of working experience in POS system support and configuration.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Hand on experience in system support of Business Application
• Required language(s): English, Malay

Responsibility:

• Provide first-line support for application-related issues, including diagnosing and resolving problems reported by users.
• Identify and resolve potential issues with an application's functionality and performance before they have an impact on users.
• Collaborate with users to comprehend their difficulties, then offer solutions or escalate complicated issues to higher-level support teams for handling.
• Assist users with application functionality and usage, providing guidance and troubleshooting support.
• Collaborate with vendors and external support teams as needed for application-related problems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and installation and configuration of new applications and updates.
• Assist in any ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
