Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Partner for Supply Chain to serve as a strategic link between our business stakeholders and the global IT organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building strong relationships, influencing stakeholders, and managing the implementation and alignment of global systems and processes within Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains, particularly working with companies having SAP as their end-to-end ERP.

What We Ask

  • Minimum 10 years of experience spanning business analysis, technology consulting, and business partnering within an agile environment
  • Proven experience with SAP and Supply Chain/Manufacturing systems (WMS, TMS, production planning, procurement, inventory management)
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes such as demand & supply planning, sourcing, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics
  • Demonstrated success in translating business needs into technical solutions while aligning with global standards
  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and AI applications in Supply Chain is advantageous

In this pivotal role, you will transform supply chain transformation initiatives into tangible outcomesoptimizing how we plan, source, produce, and deliver products. Your influence and connection with business will ensure our supply chain remains efficient, innovative, and aligned with global systems and standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and nurturing strategic relationships with supply chain stakeholders across planning, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics to understand, challenge, and define business requirements.
  • Acting as a trusted partner to influence strategic decisions and promote innovative use of global systems
  • Ensuring project delivery on time, scope, and quality by managing and translating business needs into technical requirements
  • Collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders during testing, verification, and end-user training to ensure solutions meet business demands
  • Participating in requirements workshops, planning UAT, and training sessions
  • Promoting stakeholder engagement and helping align local initiatives with global systems and value chains
  • Acting as a thought leader, advocating the art of the possible and ushering in process improvements and global best practices
