Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment process, including sourcing, screening,
shortlisting, interviewing, and placement of candidates.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals across various
technologies and levels (Software Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, Data,
Cybersecurity, etc.).
Utilize multiple recruitment channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and
networking to attract top talent.
Conduct detailed technical screening and alignment to client requirements before
submission.
Coordinate interviews and feedback sessions between candidates and clients.
Assigned client accounts, ensuring high-quality
service and prompt delivery of recruitment needs.
Understand client hiring requirements, project goals, and organizational structure to
deliver customized recruitment solutions.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key client stakeholders (HR,
Hiring Managers, and Business Heads).
Handle client escalations and provide timely updates on ongoing recruitment activities.
Identify potential new clients and business opportunities within the IT and technology
industry.
Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding for new hire of
selected candidates.
Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines, client communications, and
placement data in the recruitment system.
