Location: Petaling Jaya & Bandar Enstek

Internship intake: February 2026

Internship duration: 6 months

What You'll Do

Product Management:

Assist in the development and lifecycle management of IT products.

Support in gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.

Support the definition of product vision and collaborate with the engineering, sales, and marketing teams.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Solutions Delivery:

Participate in the design, implementation, and management of IT solutions.

Assist in ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution integration.

Provide technical support during solution deployment.

Data & Analytics:

Assist in analyzing data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.

Help develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, and dashboards.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

Utilize data analytics tools to interpret data sets and provide actionable recommendations.

IT Operations and Cybersecurity:

Support day-to-day IT operations to ensure system availability and performance.

Assist in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures.

Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches.

Help develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.

Project Delivery Support:

Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects.

Coordinate project tasks to ensure they are completed on time.

Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.

Identify and help resolve project-related issues.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Analytics, Cybersecurity or any related field.
• Open for students looking for mandatory or voluntary internship placement.
• Strong command of English language (written and spoken).
• Active involvement in extra-curricular activities or participating members of committee groups.
