IT Digitalization Assistant Manager

Key Requirements :

• Minimum 4–6 years of IT experience.
• 2 years of leadership and management experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud and system support.
• Experience with ERP systems, workflow automation and digitalization projects.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
• Manufacturing or engineering industry experience is an advantage.
• Primary Focus (First 6 Months): Ensure IT infrastructure stability, system reliability and smooth day-to-day IT operations.
• Core Responsibility: 100% focused on IT Operations, including infrastructure management, system maintenance, troubleshooting and technical support.
• Long-Term Objectives: Support the company's digital transformation initiatives and ERP system improvements.
• Digital Transformation: Participate in ongoing digitalization projects and contribute to future IT enhancements.
• Strong hands-on IT infrastructure and operations experience. ERP improvement and digital transformation exposure are added advantages
