About The Job

  • Manage and support IT end users issues within Malaysia office
  • Maintain existing infrastructure software and hardware assets
  • Collaborate with IT teams from different regions on any implementations according to business needs
  • Plan IT budgeting for Malaysia office

Skills And Experience Required

  • At least 6 years of experience in IT end user support environment and IT infrastructure and workplace technology
  • Ability to manage vendors and stakeholders effectively
  • Ability to display confidence in executing technical hands-on work
  • Strong communication skills in English
