- Manage and support IT end users issues within Malaysia office
- Maintain existing infrastructure software and hardware assets
- Collaborate with IT teams from different regions on any implementations according to business needs
- Manage a team of IT support personnel
- At least 8- 10 years of experience in IT end user support environment and IT infrastructure and workplace technology
- Leadership experience of at least 2-3 years of managing a service desk or IT support team
- Ability to manage vendors and stakeholders effectively
- Ability to display confidence in executing technical hands-on work
- Strong communication skills in English
