Job Description

IT engineer

Job Responsibilities

Provide IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and networking equipment.
Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist in server, network, and system maintenance activities.
Support users with technical issues and provide timely solutions.
Perform system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot internet connectivity and network performance issues.
Prepare technical documentation and reports when required.
Coordinate with vendors or service providers for IT-related support.
Ensure company IT assets and systems are properly maintained and secured.

Job Requirements

Certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in IT support or networking.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
Able to work independently and in a team environment.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Possess own transport and willing to travel if required.
Male candidates are preferred.
