Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain software applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Debug and resolve software defects and issues.
- Assist in testing applications, including unit, integration, and system testing.
- Work on software maintenance and updates for existing systems.
- Provide technical support for internal IT MES / users for system issues as needed.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Preferred (but not mandatory):
- Experience in Manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of Camstar application.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Exposure to APIs and RESTful services.
Skills
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., VB.Net, Java, JavaScript, C#, etc.).
- Basic understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and/or backend development.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and basic data manipulation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
