Job Responsibilities : -
- Monitoring day-to-day operations of IT department and applying strategies for efficiency
Ability to analyze complex IT requirements and propose suitable solutions- Develop and implement IT strategies which aligned with the companys objectives
Foster a positive work environment to achieve employees full potential
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols
Lead IT projects from planning through execution and ensure timely completion within budget.- Perform highly organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Monitor IT budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and deliver solutions that meet the requirements
Ensure updates and reports on schedule
Requirements : -- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven 8 years and above experiences as IT Manager or similar leadership role
- Experience in the IT sector and senior level is necessary
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills- Ability to work in environment across different cultures
Certification such as PMP, ITIL or CISSP is an added advantage
- Open to global candidates
