You will be joining an MNC company that provides a wide range of digital services, hardware, and software aimed at helping organisations improve efficiency, manage information, and drive digital transformation.
Your new role
- You will be providing L1-L2 IT Helpdesk support remotely to the IT end-users.
- Your support will be focusing on end-user issues such as hardware, software and network.
- You will ensure that the tickets raised are resolved in a timely manner, if not escalated to the next level immediately.
- You will identify the root cause of recurring issues and implement long-term solutions to prevent the same issues from recurring.
- You will maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication skills and managing their expectations.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Minimum of 1 year in IT Helpdesk environment
- Able to read, write and speak in Cantonese and Mandarin
- Able to work in a 4-day shift role
